4.5/5stars – beautiful resort with great beach access, lounge chairs & umbrellas at your leisure, and a cool swim up bar in the pool. The restaurants had great service and delicious menu. We love hearing the coqui at night!

What would make it 5 stars is better excursion offerings and room service didn’t clean our room since they come very late almost 5-6pm when you’re getting dressed for dinner. But overall, beautiful hotel and very clean. We had such a great and relaxing stay. The bed was AMAZING! Best sleep I’ve had. Thank you!

The staff is very nice and welcoming, always willing to help. The room was very clean comfortable, no noise from other guests. Big beautiful bathroom, wet room kind of feel. The pool is awesome and the hot tub is great after a long day of walking or hiking. The food is delicious and there are more than enough restaurants/bars and places to eat, in the hotel(s). Big beautiful breakfast buffet or a la carte menu! Coconut chia pudding was my favorite. The server was incredible, I cannot remember her name, but she had beautiful silver gray hair, slicked back. Open early enough for the morning people and late enough for sleepy heads. The gift shop has everything you want/need and then some. I should have bought that Herschel 😑 The only thing I can say is I think the difference between a 4.4 star rating and 5 would be more attention to detail. (The light bulbs in the hallway were a little crooked and all I wanted to do was straighten them out to ease my mind ha.) That attention to detail would set them apart from any other hotel near by!

This hotel was gorgeous but the staff made it truly one of a kind. They were always ready with a genuine smile or greeting, and eager to answer any questions. The lobby was always hustling and bustling at night with live music and the chatter of many conversations. The hours for the breakfast buffet did not make you get up early on vacation just to partake, and my kids loved the pool. Access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas was great too. Highly recommend!
