This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Austin for the Formula 1 races at COTA. Our package included daily shuttle to & from the circuit. No worries about parking, ride-share, or rental cars.
This unexpected bonus was all set up by the Manager, Madison Rogers. Also, because this property is not in downtown Austin, the package price was a great deal, too. My only ask for next year would be that the morning shuttle pick up should be earlier, around 8am (since COTA gates open at 9)

We found everyone on was extremely friendly & helpful. Jaylyn at the front desk was always happy to see us whether we were just heading out in the a.m., or returning from a long hot day at the track. Dylan and Liz at the bar/restaurant were excellent and attentive servers.
Our room was large, comfortable, quiet, and clean (in line with the rest of the hotel, and what I've come to expect with a Hilton property). As I said, the entire staff from housekeeping to breakfast, and even the shuttle drivers were top notch, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Really loved everyone at this hotel. All the staff was so nice and charming, I lost my keys for a while and ended up finding them in the fridge of my room. (the keys for tossed into the wrong bag which was then put in the fridge). The front desk and the housekeeping services were very pleasant and understanding.

My only piece of feedback is for corporate, you should renovate and add a service elevator because the housekeeping uses the only two elevators on the property and we can (guests) see right into the whole workspace. For those that don't understand when you step into the elevator there is another set of doors on the back side of the elevator that leads into the housekeeping section. Because of this design, the elevator takes a very very long time.

My son and I stayed here. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean. The food was delicious, compliments to the chef. Front desk and restaurant staff where very friendly. They also went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The pool was clean and very relaxing. There was a guest laundry and a fitness room. We took advantage of during our stay. Breakfast is not free. The buffet consisted of hot and cold breakfast. Wi-Fi is free with stay, we didn't use it but it was available to us if needed. Overall we had a really good time and will definitely stay here again if needed.
