We’ve been coming to San Marcos River Resort for years, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Every summer, my husband’s family gathers here for our reunion, and it never disappoints. The staff is always attentive and quick to help with any questions or concerns, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’ve noticed the upgrades and love how the resort keeps improving while still keeping that welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere we cherish. We’ll definitely be returning soon—thank you for always making our family memories so special!

We took our RV & stayed in the river view deluxe spot for 5 nights. It was a great spot, a short walk down to the San Marcos River. Our site was cemented, which was even better. Loved that there was already a picnic table at our site. The pool was very nice, as well as the campground. It was kept up very nice. Also, I loved that you put your trash to the road & they picked it up.
The river was amazing also, we took our dog & she had a blast. The water was perfect & several different areas of depth too.

My wife and I booked a River view elite campsite this past weekend of 08/08/25. I must say the park was very nice, clean and organized. The rv pads were great, nice and level. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Daniel, the shuttle driver, who was very nice and informative to any questions we asked him. We would easily book here again. The river was relaxing and the float great!
