    This is an awesome venue for family events. Conveniently located downtown Dover with ample parking near by. The Schwartz Center is beautiful and a classic.

    WOW. The old Capital Theater brought back my childhood memories of 1960's.
    Refurbished an looking good. I enjoy the Delaware State University Gospel concert. And plan to attend the upcoming comedy play in November 2025. Get there early NO PARKING. Street parking ONLY. Condo-Apartment parking will get you towed.

    Discovered this historic 1904 building on a self-guided walking tour around the Dover green. Glad to see it restored and still being used today as a center for the arts and special events. Check out the plaque that describes when actors performed a live baseball game on stage, based on telegraphed plays.
