I just viewed 2 units at the 500 today a 1 bedroom renovated and a 2 bedroom classic. I fell in love with them both, they are very spacious on the inside, so do not allow the outside view of the apartments to fool you. The pool, gym, pet spa, car charging station, car wash, game room and access to I75 in West Midtown are an extra added plus. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and cute. Rafael was my tour guide today and he was very generous considering my tour appointment was scheduled for 12noon and I showed up in person at 9:00am unannounced. That meant a lot to me and shows great curiosity and customer service, which are great traits that definitely stand out to me and are what I look for in a neighborhood and from rental management. I look forward to becoming a future resident at the 500 and would definitely refer others to the property.
