The studio building is located in a nice area of Virginia Beach set back from the main road and is super private. The studio itself is beautifully designed to be the perfect backdrop for photos. Leah and Sammi are the owners, their communication and extra help when needed is spot on – couldn't be better. They are wonderful to work with, as well as the studio space!

A lovely and very versatile studio. I've used them quite a few times now. The booking procedure is very easy to navigate. The check in and check out process is simple.

I have been using the Virginia Beach location. It has several rooms for shooting in. It has an overall bohemian boudoir feel. A nice bath tub with a long wall mirror room. A bedroom setup with a couch, love seat and bamboo egg shell chair. Upstairs there is an office room with bookshelves and a studio room which can be purchased for us for an additional cost. There are also other items that can be rented during your visit such as angel wings, poly cotton for the tub and a wardrobe closet.

The studio is available for 2 hour rentals and up, weekdays and weekends. I suggest booking at least a week to two weeks in advance as it fills up quickly. It is fairly priced for what there is to offer. I highly recommend this place for any photographer looking for a private intimate venue to shoot.

I recently rented from The Studio Hampton Roads over this past weekend for the first time because I needed a studio for a boudoir session. I was beyond impressed with the entire experience. The process to rent was easy and the owners were very quick to respond when I had any questions. The studio was clean, styled perfectly, and very comfortable. I enjoyed having the privacy I had considering the type of session I was hosting. I’m already trying to come up with more ideas to use the studio again! Definitely recommend.
