There is a big conference room in the building that can be used for a meeting or for setting up a small dining event. They have tables and chairs available to use for any event. They have multiple bathrooms, that provide plenty of access so there will be no lines. They have a kitchen area, to use if you are preparing food. The back area has plenty of lawn, if you would like the event to be outdoors.

Great place to have a party and afordable! I was able to set up the night before. Lots of space for dining and dance floor. Lindsay, the building manager, was very nice and always responded quickly. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because it gets hot in there fast! I had around 100 people at my event, and it was hotter inside than outside. It also leaked when it rains. It thankfully stopped raining before my event started, and i was able to clean up where there was water.
