I walked in to this hotel as i am looking for a hotel for my wedding photoshoot. I was greeted well by staff Sharmendran. Despite he was alone at the counter, he showed me around and have a rough idea of the spots to take photo for my wedding photoshoot. He even suggest thn room. I am satisfied and immediately booked for solemnization and the actual wedding photoshoot. Such great service from Sharmendran and great hotel. The area is so strategic to begin with. The price is superb. Unlike a Marriott hotel nearby when i asked waited like a month for reply. Anyway found a gem. Thank you The Sultan hotel. Looking forward for my stay, 8 nights altogether, booked!

The staff at The Sultan are wonderful! Friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are luxurious, beautifully presented and comfortable, and the hotel itself is a work of art. It was a real pleasure staying in the heart of Kampong Gelam with so many attractions nearby and endless amazing local food options right at the doorstep. I highly recommend dining in the in-house restaurant The White Label for an amazing Malay-French fusion feast! Thank you to everyone at The Sultan for making our short stay in Singapore so amazing.

This was my first time in Singapore, and I was very satisfied with this hotel. It was very comfortable and the staffs were very friendly. They even gave me and my mother gifts for our birthdays. I plan to visit again when I visit singapore
