From the moment I walked through the door and signed in, the staff were very professional and friendly. Once my name was called, I was told that another person would be joining in to ensure that the attendant was comfortable. I delighted in the process; I shared that we all started our jobs with someone modeling for us. They were charming and professional. The vascular surgeon who saw me was polite, experienced, and informative. There was another gentleman I saw before the actual doctor. I was thinking about a lot of things I shared with him about where I was emotionally, and he let me share. I really appreciated him because he gave me good advice. In closing, if I had to rate my experience, it would be 100%

I went in for an ear procedure; I had a Sebaceous cyst removal, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient from the moment I met with Dr. Deng and her staff, and it felt like home – they're the best. No exaggeration, everyone is extremely professional and nice. It's quite a comfortable experience. I was pleasantly at ease. They handled me with the care as if I were a loved one. Dr. Deng and her staff were so informative, explaining everything to me. I was so impressed with my entire experience.

I William Fletcher went thru a triple by pass in Aug 15, 2025 this yr. The surgeon took great care of me. My recovery was in the hands of the Nurses and the techs. They got me back on my feet, and rest was up to me. I took the ball and walked up and down the floor several times a day until I received my blue socks and I could walk on my own with no help and I received my discharge on Aug 21, 2025 homeward bound to my wife and family. "Thanks to all Doctors and Nurses". God bless you all. Jesus is good all the time.
