Facilities are fantastic! Room was a suite so spacious, clean and well appointed. Went to concert at The Sphere, so proximity was fabulous! Many choices in dining, but prepare your pocketbook. Walked to many venues on The Strip. The entire Venetian complex is amazing- dining, spa, casino, shows and other nightlife. A complete package!

My recent stay at The Palazzo reminded me exactly why this is my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming, and the staff had that calm confidence that makes you feel instantly taken care of. The suite itself was massive—honestly bigger than some apartments I’ve lived in—and the layout with the sunken living room still feels like pure luxury every time I walk in. I lucked out with a beautiful view of the Sphere, and watching it light up at night from my room was one of those unexpectedly magical Vegas moments. What I love most about staying here is how everything feels polished and elevated without being overwhelming; it’s lively, but never chaotic. The restaurants and shops between Palazzo and Venetian are endless, and I kept catching myself slowing down just to take in how beautiful the whole property is. Walking to shows, especially anything at the Sphere, couldn’t have been easier—having that indoor skywalk is such a perk. Every area I visited was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully maintained, which is something I’ve learned not to take for granted in Vegas. Even on busy nights, the energy felt fun, not stressful, and I genuinely looked forward to coming back to my suite each evening. After multiple stays here, it still feels like the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience—and honestly, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Beautiful hotel and casino! My wife and I stayed for our 20th wedding anniversary and her 40th birthday celebration for 7 nights in late September. Our check in process was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Mihn at the desk who was able to get us checked in at 9AM, hoursvahead of our scheduled check-in time. He was very helpful to us first time visitors describing the property, amenities, and providing recommendations for a most enjoyable experience. Our room was clean and inviting and housekeeping was amazing! They certainly do not recieve the credit they deserve for the stellar efforts they put in behind the scenes to keep things tidy! We recieved daily service which seems to be a thing of the past since the pandemic in many places if staying multiple nights. We had our do not disturb sign out one day and were not visited, however we did recieved a text from the team acknowledging the sign, respecting our privacy, and offering to service at a time more convenient to us or statingbto simply respond to the text with any needs and they would happily provide, a nice touch in my opinion. All staff we encountered from security checking room keys to access the hotelvareas to cocktail waitresses on the casino floor to housekeeping in the hallways and on the floor, and the lovely door staff assisting in catching cabs were all very friendly, professional, and pleasant to encounter. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the bath and shower were exceptional and hot water was plentiful and fast in reaching the faucets. The one detractor to the Palazzo is that it does sit towards toe one end of the strip so you do have some walking or a bit of a ride to get to some of the other properties, however there is so much to do under the one roof of the Venetian/Palazzo that this is but a minor inconvenience if at all. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks to all the staff for such a lovely stay.
