Its unfortunate that a 0 stars is not an option in google. This building has done everything in its power to make this location materially less desirable. The biggest knock on this buildings is the way its legal entities were structured. The building rents to trash tenants that attract a loud obnoxious crowd, and the parking is the biggest joke I have ever experienced. Resident parking is floor 2-7, so if you have to go home and change/shower/grab something you have to take an extra 5 minutes to drive up to your specific spot each way. Parking on floor 1 and 2 will yield you a $100 fine. After living here for 4 years, I am looking forward to nothing more than leaving this building.
