Our latest discovery in Gen.Santos City. Quite tired of the usual restaurants in the mall, we agreed to look for a restaurant within the city to try new dishes. Thanks to social media, one recommended place was The Village Events Place. Following Google Maps, we were brought to this quiet neighborhood where this place is located.

Very friendly staff welcomed us and explained to us the items on their menu. We were the first walk in customers for the day so the ambiance was relaxed and quiet. Nice resto interiors with aesthetic corners perfect for photo opps.

We ordered mostly their specialties like Beef nilaga, biryani chicken rice, chicken inasal, porterhouse steak, kare-kare, pork chop. Every food ordered was very good. We didn't have any complaints as to taste and preaentation. 2 thumbs up!

The place also has karaoke rooms, function halls for bigger private or corporate events.

The Village is a hidden gem! They serve top-notch food at prices that won't break the bank. I had their chicken wrap, and everything on the plate was a match made in heaven – the crispy fries were a perfect touch.

The biryani was also a standout dish, with high-quality basmati rice and spices that complemented the chicken beautifully. My nephew loved his Filipino-style spaghetti, devouring every last bite! If you're looking for great food at a great price, The Village is definitely worth a visit.

My friends and I recently visited The Village events place, and we had an amazing experience! The KTV rooms were great and spacious—well-equipped with great sound quality and a wide selection of songs to choose from. It was the perfect setting to unwind and have fun with friends.

The food was equally good—delicious, and served promptly. There was a great variety to choose from drinks and meals.

The ambiance of the place was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for celebrations or casual hangouts.
