With a cooperative and experienced staff ready to assist, you’ll have everything you need for an extraordinary experience. Bookings are available by appointment only, and a 30% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract is required to secure your event date.
The View provides versatile layouts tailored to any occasion, from traditional theater-style seating for ceremonies to elegant reception setups featuring round tables, dance floors, and buffet tables. Need a seamless transition between ceremony and reception? The “room flip” option allows the space to transform effortlessly for an additional fee. Events on Fridays and Saturdays must conclude by 11 PM, while Sunday through Thursday events end by 10 PM. Clients are responsible for booking vendors, but The View offers a preferred vendor list for your convenience. A security guard is required for all events, and if alcohol is served, The View’s in-house cash bar must be used.
