I would definitely recommend living her. The maintenance staff are amazing and respond quickly to issues. Leo is the best and always communicates when the issue will be fixed and how long it will take. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and put on great resident events. Brittany and Graciela are always extremely helpful if any concern comes up and gets back to me quickly. On top of that, this is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants and I love the walking trail right by my building.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be truly well taken care of, the team at IMT Desert Ridge makes it possible! They are always attentive to emails, phone calls, and any pending documents. Everyone is very kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is always making sure the apartment stays in great condition and everything is working properly. The apartments are beautiful and updated—it’s been a wonderful moving experience and an even better living experience!
Graciela is amazing and always ready to help with anything, just like the rest of the office and maintenance team!

I’ve had such a great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Brittany! From day one, she has been incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Whether it was answering questions during the move-in process or quickly addressing any maintenance concerns, Brittany has made me feel truly at home. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location—but it’s the staff, especially Brittany, that really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!
