This has to be the best venue in Milwaukee. Its got that really hip modern-industrial vibe. Its in milwaukees most interesting neighborhood (Walkers Point).
My wedding was in June of 2018. Every single person at this wedding raved about the venue. I would really recommend this venue to couples that have no desire to have a church wedding. Lets face it lots of people want the ceremony and reception under one roof. It can be a hassle to have your guests wasting a few hours between venues. This is the place for that. Its all under one roof. The staff can change over all the table almost faster than a Nascar pit crew. Saz's catered this event and I would give up a months pay just to go back and eat more of that food. I cannot suggest this place enough.

Had our wedding reception at South Second the last weekend of April and we could not be more thrilled with how everything went! The venue is gorgeous and unique and easy to make your own. Very open to all vendors for flowers, desserts, etc. Food does have to be through Saz's but this was not a problem for us as the food was AWESOME. One month later and we are still getting compliments on our food! Linens, chairs, and tables are also all included which is super convenient and keeps costs at a minimum.
The staff was great, bartenders exceptional. Special shout out to Katie who was great especially through the end stages of the planning process. If it was possible, she was going to try to make it happen. We did a his and her's drink selection and I asked if a white sangria would be an option (expecting a no) and I got a very excited yes! All of our guests loved it, as did I! She also brought me a whole plate of appetizers while my day of coordinator brought me sangria as my dress was being bustled in the bridal suite hahaha 🙂 Wedding Pro Tip: surround yourself with wonderful ladies.

What a beautiful venue for a wedding or corporate event. Saz's has really created a wonderful place to celebrate an occasion. Food was very very good. Not sure of pricing, since i was a guest but staff was very attentive to the guests with offering of food, allergy restrictions, always around, cleaning up constantly, and just great management.
