Just got approved for an apartment. The tour and the process was so great. Kezia and Sonya were amazing. They made our family feel welcomed before we even decided to rent. Our kids have special needs and they made sure their needs were met and dod what they could to ensure they were happy just like we were. Come check out their apartments and talk to Kezia or Sonya. They will take care of you.

Smiley has been awesome getting stuff fixed in the apartment we moved in and has been down to earth he is very respectful maybe a little to respectful with the yes Sir no Sir stuff. LOL my dad was Sir not me. LOL. Sonia is great to she has made thing's easy and helpful for us cause this is totally new to my family we have lived our life in one town over fifty years and lived in a house never a apartment and it is a Big change for us I'm a double amputee and my daughter is disabled 29 and the mentally of a 3 year old and they are trying to make everything easy and accessible for us. It's been a great experience so far. Thank you guy's for everything you are doing for us your all awesome.

Sonya Tabanico is incredible. I was so impressed by her expertise and calm reassurance. She gracefully walked us through all the wonderful amenities The Water’s Edge offers its residents.
The tour of the town home was spectacular and I couldn’t be more excited to live in a community, that has such a caring and thoughtful Assistant Manager.
