We booked our stay through Hotel Tonight and after a semi-difficult check in due to using the third party app to book; Miguel at the concierge desk provided outstanding customer service and booked us a beautiful room over looking the lake/browns stadium and he also ensured we had meal vouchers to use during our stay. Service like this will heavily influence our future travel accommodations. And we are so grateful to have been assisted by the Westin staff!

Stayed this last weekend. I find the staff to be superb, very friendly and helpful. Valet guys are great, bartenders friendly. Overall very good service. Rooms are spacious and well kept. We had weird problems with only hot water coming out of the sink regardless of where the handle was… no cold water. Prices at the bar are really high. It has been our go to hotel in Cleveland for the last 4 years as we have a daughter in college there. Location is excellent.

Great location! We stayed for one night in the city and you really can’t beat how close it is to Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and more—all within walking distance.
Check-in staff were friendly, but the line was the longest I’ve ever experienced (about 20 minutes, with only two people working the desk). The room itself was clean and comfortable, though it’s starting to show some wear and could benefit from a refresh since the last remodel.
Overall, the location is excellent and convenient, but expect some wait time at check-in and a room that feels just a bit dated.
