I came to this hotel for a professional conference and have been thoroughly impressed with its prime location, which offers easy access to major transportation links and is directly inside the mall. The hotel has modern architecture with elegant interior design, including spacious rooms with panoramic city views, and awonderful fitness center. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area for a comfortable and convenient experience.

The location is great just off the 610 highway and Galleria is next door. The room was clean with comfy beds and clean linen. The bathroom was clean and filled with extra towels. All lights fixtures and outlets were fine. Their staff is friendly and courteous. House keeping was poor to extend enough tea and condiments. It would have been great if the Lounge was open during the weekend. I would definitely stay while in Houston.

Here for a conference and they served food made by the hotel. Holy crap it was unbelievably terrible! How do you make food this bad… two days in a row? From the appetizer to main course to dessert… all of it was terrible. It looked and tasted like frozen dinners. The chicken was overcooked and extremely dry. To add insult to injury, the utensils and cups looked unclean. Like someone’s partial lip stain was still on my glass. Then they didn’t have straws… what food service doesn’t have straws? I expected better from Westin.
