I was a little nervous at first because the hotel looked like it was under renovation, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But as soon as I arrived, my worries disappeared. The valet was beyond incredible — he went above and beyond to make sure I found the right area, answered all my questions, and did it all with genuine kindness.
When I went inside to check in, AJ at the front desk helped me, and honestly, nothing compares to how great he was. Even though he was working alone and it was busy, I noticed how every guest treated him like a friend — it’s clear he takes care of everyone with warmth and patience. When it was my turn, his happy, welcoming attitude instantly made me feel at ease. He even gave me one of the best rooms with the most incredible views.
The room itself was perfect, and I loved how it had easy access to the garages without needing to go through the lobby. AJ and the valet truly made my stay outstanding, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful (dog friendly!) hotel with exceptionally friendly, kind, and courteous staff. the room could not have been more modern, clean, and safe. The technology on the blinds and shades is such a nice touch. Very comfortable beds, best sleep I’ve had in ages! A little noisy if there are folks in the hallway, but easily solved with a towel against the door. Second stay and will definitely be returning!! dog parents, ample places to walk and grass for doing their business.

I fully enjoyed my stay here upon my arrival I was greeted by front desk supervisor Tearia and she was so kind and accommodating going above and beyond for us. Big thanks to her! She gave us a beautiful high-floor room and helped us with details of the property and directory. I will definitely come back and visit the only thing was the restaurant food quality was a bit subpar the breakfast wasn’t as good quality but AJ at service express was very kind when he took our order the food wasn’t prepared as described in food menu so not as we had hoped but this is for constructive feedback only! Thank you staff
