Stayed over night while waiting for a next day afternoon ferry. I was hoping for a cheaper room elsewhere, but decided to stay here because of how close it was to the port. I do not regret it. The room was very clean, and had towels, shampoo/conditioner, tp, and body wash in the room. Also had decent instant coffee and such in the room
Bed was clean and I slept very well. I would definitely stay here again. (BTW, if you have problems with hot water, make sure the gfi is reset, I had this problem, but figured it out very quickly)

Convenient location, right across from the Batangas port, perfect for an overnight stay and catching an early ferry. Walk in rate 1500. Room ok, clean enough. 7 11 a short distance away. Not the safest feeling area at night for exploring though. Easy to get public transportation and trikes outside hotel.

The rooms are small and clean.
The AC was strong but very noisy on lowest lvl.
The check-in was quick and polite.
Close to the harbour and good for one night stay.
