From the moment we began planning our wedding weekend, Jole Woods and Kayla Hawks went above and beyond to make everything absolutely seamless. Their incredible customer service and “go-the-extra-mile” attitude completely set my mind at ease. I could tell from our very first interactions that they genuinely had mine and my now-husband’s best interests at heart — and I trusted them completely.
Jole was amazing at keeping everything organized and helping me track all of our guests who booked through our wedding room block. She was quick to respond, always kind, and so detail-oriented. Kayla helped us plan the perfect wedding mixer the night before our big day, and it was hands-down the coolest mingle ever! The food at Toro Toro was incredible, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the atmosphere and the experience.
Every one of our guests commented on how exceptional the customer service was, how comfortable the rooms were, and how delicious the food was. The Renaissance Worthington made our wedding weekend truly special, and we can’t wait to stay here again — and recommend it to everyone we know.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Worthington. The rooms are big and comfortable, the beds are great, and the location is hard to beat, right in the middle of downtown with plenty to do within walking distance. The food at Toro Toro was way better than I expected for a hotel restaurant, and the overall vibe was relaxed but still upscale. It’s the kind of place that makes a weekend trip feel special without being stuffy.

This hotel is first class , I will 100% be back!
Starting with Eric & Bobbie, they were very helpful & professional. I had a booking issue & was walking in the door ready to argue with whomever about it. I never had to put my mad face on, Eric took care of it on the spot, couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous!
Eric & Bobbie are an awesome asset to this hotel & I hope you will consider recognizing them as such!
Now for the room. It was perfect! Clean, fully stocked with everything from the bottled water, to the soap & shampoo, extra pillows & blankets, it was awesome.
And the VIEW of downtown, floor to ceiling panoramic window views were amazing!
