My fiancee and I stayed here for a quick post-Christmas getaway, and it was exactly the relaxing stay we were looking for! Tim and Angie were very warm, welcoming hosts (along with the deer hanging out in the yard when we pulled in), and our room was very elegant and comfortable. And the breakfasts … they were amazing! A great house, welcoming hosts, and great food made our trip a great experience – we will definitely be back!

When we were looking to travel through Duluth, we saw this B&B with many great reviews and made the reservation to experience this wonderful home for ourselves. After staying there for 2 days, we can fully understand why it is so well rated. This is a truly special place with innkeepers who really understand how to make you feel part of their home and do the little things right to make your stay special. You wont find a better breakfast at a B&B anywhere – so a shout out to Christine for two great starts to the day and her warm hospitality and suggestions for visiting the area. The Duluth area is a great place for a visit, and the AG Thompson house is the perfect place to stay. Will come stay again hopefully soon.

Our stay at the AG Thompson House was excellent! Kirsten was so friendly – from coordinating a late check in, to chatting at breakfast, and helping pick up an item we left – the service was excellent! The room was very cozy and the grounds were inviting and well kept. We stayed one night before heading up the north shore and it was a perfect way to start the trip. Would recommend to anyone staying in Duluth!
