Excellent venue. Easy to get to, easy to park behind Shaes Theater for 8$. They had some basic food at the coat check. Nice room, elevated standing levels in the back of theater. Nice sized floor. I think the lady behind the bar said they sold 700 tickets and it felt perfectly full. Its nice that the main bar is seperate from the concert side. Temperature was well regulated, often smaller venues get hot. Coat check is cash only. I came from Toronto and would absolutely drive back for a band I am interested in.

Amazing venue that books great bands. Easy access to bars! Great view everywhere! Great to dance or hang back and chill. One of the gems in the region!

My ADA request got stuck in my outbox so I was only able to send it a day or two ahead of time, but someone was still able to reserve a seat for me.

I didn't bring my mobility aid because I wasn't sure if the layout, but I definitely would have been able to manage with it.

The bathrooms are a bit tight, but very clean, even at the end of the night.

The security team was super friendly and efficient.

Overall, I would definitely come back to this venue for any future shows I'm interested in.

I wish Rochester had a venue like this because other than here, the closest in size/vibes is History in Toronto
