I used TPA for myself and two relatives to go from Tampa to Orlando I thought we were going from airport to airport but to my pleasant surprise we were taken directly to our hotel our driver was courteous and a good driver. We ran into heavy rain on the way and we felt completely safe due to his careful driving. I am using them on my return trip and we’re being picked up at the hotel.

I've had to arrange transport for one of our clients a handful of times, and TPA Shuttles definitely delivers. The service was seamless and their staff was very communicative. I also noticed (with the few times I actually had to come along) that their vehicles, especially the interiors, were kept in great condition that you sometimes forget it's a rental! I'd definitely recommend their services to the people around me that may need it.

Do not recommend!! Booked a shuttle to Orlando 2+ months in advance and day of my ride they turn me over to Uber. I paid 2X to TPA Shuttles the UberXL rate. Plus they bounced between 3 different Uber drivers before one unlucky (but nice) gentleman took my ride. Driver only made $50 on a 3 hour round trip – TPA probably made $120 after paying Uber. Complete unethical. Next time ill just use Uber.
