We celebrated our 2nd Anniversary here, we had a reservation from 6:30–9:00 PM. We arrived earlier than expected, around 5:40 PM, and waited in the lobby for just a few minutes before informing the staff of our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to go up earlier than our scheduled time. It seems that if a table is available and you arrive a bit early, they may accommodate you.
The food was excellent—9.5/10! The service, especially from Anika, was outstanding. She was very accommodating, the food arrived within the estimated time she gave, and she even took great photos for us.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Vivere for the 2nd time considering the convenience. All the staff members will really make sure you are taken care of. But a few stood out and I want to thank them here. To Aubrey and Laurence who took care of us as we dined at the Lama area (Try their Bagnet Sinigang!). They made sure that we have everything we need and gave us updates timely. To Honey, at the Nest, she made sure that our kids had the best place to eat breakfast. My family and I appreciate how everyone treated us. Will definitely stay at Vivere again!
One concern I wanted to point out is the basement parking. I do see there are multiple parking spaces that are safer than where we were placed, but we were always assigned on the 48 spot in the basement parking both our 1st and 2nd stay. Considering our kids' safety, it would be best to have a spot where there are no machines close by. Nonetheless, everything was great. 🙂

Kind, excellent service on top of great amenities!
We’ve stayed in many hotels in many countries and are also quite used to the famed Filipino hospitality – but Vivere Alabang raises the bar when it comes to service!
All along, we had the feeling we were amongst family.
Every member of staff seemed to be happy doing what they did – very attentive, yet respectful and discreet!
Just one amongst the many good service experiences we had here: I was a bit ill for breakfast one day, and a member of staff at The Nest prepared some food for my husband to bring up to me (we didn’t want to bother with room service) – the following day, he asked my husband how I was!
From the porters to the reception, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, Vivere should be very proud of its Team!
Not to mention that, having welcomed so many guests, being the first 5-star hotel in the area, its rooms are quite well-maintained, as are its other amenities!
The View from The Nest will perk up any day. But try dinner or drinks there, especially on a moonlit night – yes, we were lucky!
