The new renovations give this place a much-needed shot of energy. Rooms are plush, with more than the basic amenities. The staff are courteous and efficient, and there's something for everyone: a pool w/ lounge area, a chapel, a bakery & coffee shop, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a bar with live music performances, and a casino. It's located in the heart of Manila, and very accessible. The only downside is that the hallways sometimes smell of cigarette smoke. Other than that, we had a great experience here.

Great breakfast options. Underwent construction during our event so had to intermittently tell them to stall work. Nice, attentive staff. Not perfect, but pleasant enough. Hopefully renovations finish soon. Saw a cockroach scurry across the restaurant floor though. Rooms are pleasant.

Overall good experience. Nice front desk experience.
Clean and neat.
Little bit lack of bathroom amenities.
Food is good.
All non smoking rooms.
Haven't found safe lockers in rooms even in suit.
