Good hotel for business in Wenzhou. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were well maintained. I have stayed 4 times now and it is my first choice based on value for money and adequate level of comfort.

You won't see many westerners in Wenzhou as it is mainly a business city without any real tourist attractions. The hotel has a good range of food available including Chinese dishes and a fair attempt at a variety of western foods. The staff don't seem to get enough practice at their English but they have enough to get by quite well in all situations.

There is a street full of other places to eat about 10 minutes away with plenty of other shops there as well.

We booked a 5* non-smoking room, we booked it for the spa and wellness as it said on booking.com. well the swimming pool was down 3 corridors past 2 kitchen mind all the oil on the floor… To find a dirty pool. We then went to the room I will add photos to show all the stains and burns on the floor and the green algae stain on the shower. Also let's not forget to tell you about the smell it was like walking in to a 90s bar it stank. We tried to complain but we used an eu website and they would not refund to leave for new hotel.

Location of the hotel was perfect for short trips in to the tourist areas.

The location is very poor after 22.00 do not bring family here the outside becomes very hostile and the hotel doesn't warn you at all. the club next door was very drunk heavy and the red light on the traffic light was not the only red one.
I have give the hotel 2 stars as the bed was ok and the daytime location is great the view from the room was better to look out than in the hotel

Please note. If this hotel was in eu there is no way this could get a 4* it's a low end 3* hotel.
