already stayed here thrice, and every single stay was awesome with no issues, rooms are splendidly nice. customer service is great and service crew are all kind and pleasantly welcoming. breakfast buffet was decent. pool is clean and functional. parking has no issues, but need to walk which is no issue for walk lovers like me.

First time to Clark, as well as to Widus. Room is spacious and clean. Do take note if ya staying at level 1, the balcony is full of dust, so if you need to head out for a smoke or dry your shirt, remember to wear the hotel slipper.
As I'm a gym goer, the hotel gym facilities is important. Though is abit small, do expect that some machines are not working. The lime water dispense a purple colour liquid when I tilt the lever, guess it was left untouched for awhile. Some maintenance also needed on the treadmill as it suddenly stopped while I was using it. Do take note if other user using it as it might cause fall.
Nothing to be excited about the breakfast, just a bonus.
Overall, stay was good. My family enjoyed it especially the kids with the swimming pool.

Don't let the name fool you. We weren't expecting much, but surprised to discover the rooms were pretty nice. Bathrooms were spacious and sufficient. Staff was accommodating. It connects to Marriott, swissotel, and 8th avenue mall. There's enough food choices, but most a bit on the pricey side. Access to the casino is convenient and parking is free. Don't bother with valet. The breakfast buffet is nothing to rave about.
