Excellent place to stay if you missed the last transport to your destination. Cozy, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms just behind the bus station. 24h reception, snacks and cold drinks for sale 24h (no beers though). Unfortunately the restaurant is closing early. Excellent WiFi, and also an agreeable smoking area.

Last night We needed to find a safe place around Lipa to rest and this place helped us a lot. They replied fast and accommodated us we slept nicely and the price was good, I wish they had a free breakfast or at least a coffee. The pictures along the hallway made us curious and checked it out. Would love to hear the story behind it.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, the hotel imposes too many unnecessary charges. You’ll be billed for corkage and even a deposit fee, which doesn’t make sense when the stay has already been fully paid. The TV is outdated and cannot stream Netflix, not because of the internet, which works fine, but simply because the television isn’t functional enough. Overall, the place feels overpriced for such an old hotel with limited amenities.
