Very organized and punctual. Though there is parking, Ride share is the way to go! If you’re staying at a downtown hotel it’s a short walk. Nice staff. Restroom signage can confuse some. There’s ample space for wheelchairs. A nice venue overall.

The venue is beautiful and overall well run. There are visual designations on the floor for clear paths that the staff patrol to make sure it remains clear. There were multiple bars with little to no wait for a drink. The merch line was long but well managed and contained out of the way of general walking paths. When the concert was over there was an exit directly next to the gen admit/floor area and it was quick and easy to get out. Parking in the area is challenging so allot plenty of time to navigate the traffic around the venue and find a spot.

One of the best venues in Atlanta. So much better than the Masquerade. Great layout inside, and outside the people who work there are generally friendly and organized, unlike at many other venues. Sound is good. Parking around the area is pretty easy, with multiple garages (but i always luck out and get a parallel space right in front). Highly recommend.
