Tuguegarao in Cagayan now has its own mall and it's a SM city! As to be expected, it's got its own supermarket, department store, Watson's, food court, cinemas and more but it's also got plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants from Metro Manila. In fact, I was surprised that the queues at Starbucks were quite long. Plenty of free parking here but surprisingly, there's also valet parking and from what I know, there's also a helipad on the roof.
