Location: Located in the heart of the city on Rizal St. corner Balzain Rd. Very strategic location as it’s in walking distance to malls (SM, Robinsons), restaurants, and bus terminals. Making travel easier.
Friendly and accommodating staff: The staff was very helpful and attentive. They really go out of their way just to make you comfortable, really catering to all your needs.
Good in-house food: The lobby café has reasonable prices for the food they provide, and they have a good selection of food to choose from.
Comfort and cleanliness: The room was very clean and cozy.

Wear and tear is visible, bathroom needs grouting refresh. AC is good, room has smart TV but the internet can’t load it.
No water bottles or any complimentary consumables.

Very few amenities. No cold beer when I was there no ice. First room we had was a dump. Water all over the floor not very clean. Couldn't call down to the front desk because the phone didn't work. We did get a room change rooms are small. With the hotel that is not able to even provide minimal service we'll make other considerations next time.
