The staff at municipal hall are friendly and accommodating. There are ATMs within the building for those who would do cash transactions, but credit/debit cards are also accepted. The place is crowded, especially near the end of the year when people are making last-minute real property tax payments. It's good that they have online payment facility as an alternative. There is a canteen at the basement, plus more eateries at the back of the building.
