Really nice staff and great experience with the bicycle over the mountains. For the kids is also a nice Parcours as well as a trampoline here for him. View is here even better than from the chocolate hills viewpoint. Definitely worth a visit if you come with kids.

If you are into extreme adventures, do not forget to stop by this spot. Upon arriving, we initially thought the place was closed because there were no other guests around. However, as soon as we approached the reception desk, we were warmly welcomed with friendly, energetic greetings from the staff. One lady at the reception truly stood out. She instantly brought life to the quiet atmosphere. She explained and demonstrated all the activities in a very entertaining and engaging way, making the experience even more exciting. I will never forget her.

The staff were extremely accommodating, humorous, and encouraging. Although I had some fears, their positive energy and support made the experience far more enjoyable. I tried the zipline bike, the Superman zipline, and the Springfield zipline, and each ride was incredibly memorable. The prices are worth it for the experience, though I would suggest being mindful of your budget when choosing activities. My adrenaline was at its peak during every ride.

    Areas for Improvement:

First, staff welfare. I sincerely hope that the workers are well taken care of and that their health and safety are prioritized. While preparing for the Superman zipline, I noticed one staff member manually pulling and setting up a long rope, which required a significant amount of physical effort and took several minutes. I strongly suggest that the management consider providing a cable puller machine to ease the workload. If this is not possible, then the staff truly deserve additional compensation for their hard work.

Second, equipment maintenance. My visit was spontaneous, and I was not wearing the most suitable attire. However, I believe proper maintenance of the harnesses is still important. I was wearing a white shirt, and the harness left a rust stain on it. While I personally did not mind and knew how to remove the stain, this is still an area that the management can improve to ensure a better experience for all guests.

We bought a buy one get one ticket unlimited activities for 1550 online. It was an online special. We had a super fun experience. If you go here, you can actually just skip the chocolate hills viewing deck since their viewing deck is pretty amazing itself. We did the forest obstacle course which was a lot better than I expected. It was quite challenging which I loved and the obstacles were extensive but you have an option to only choose easier ones or complete it until the most challenging one. The tarzan one was thrilling! The bicycle zipline was like any other but a bit difficult to bike on. There is some leg workout. The view is great though. You have the chocolate hills. The zipline surfing is a unique take. It doesn't require skill or balancing and you look cool on photos.

Be sure to be physically prepared since there are a lot of walking and climbing. Like a lot.

The staff are great and well attentive to your needs. We went on a weekend during the afternoon and we almost had the whole place to ourselves.

Some points for improvement would be the overall maintenance of the amenities. Some cables we held onto during the treetop obstacles were a bit rusty but functional nonetheless. The surf zipline had to be pulled manually by the personnel for retrieval after every use. Hopefully the management can automate these things and have better maintenance.

But still, definitely an underrated place!
