Our group stayed at Amorita over the holidays and had such a lovely time. We got a suite with balcony and a garden view which was really nice.

The people there was really made our stay special. Big shoutout to all the staff who were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast at Saffron was excellent with lots of variety. The two swimming pools are so nice and refreshing, especially in when it’s less crowded. We spent alot of time just floating around and enjoying the view.

A few things to know: the resort is sctually above Alona Beach, so you need to walk about 10-15 minutes down some stairs and through the main beach area to get to the water.

Alona can be a bit crowded and loud but we loved coming back to the peaceful resort grounds after a day out. It felt like our own little sanctuary.

We were there for the special New Years Eve dinner at Saffron – they had an excellent buffet set up (the paella was so good!) and there was a really good singer with a guitar who had an incredible voice. After that there was also a live band who kept the energy going throughout the night. Definitely a memorable New Year’s Eve for us.

It’s not the cheapest option in Panglao, but we felt it was worth it for the quality of service and the overall experience. Perfect spot for families and couples wanting to relax!

We stayed at Amorita Resort for three nights and had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. All the staff were incredibly kind, polite, approachable, and helpful. Everyone spoke English well, and they even remembered our names, which made us feel very welcomed. The service was excellent and always fast.

The location is very walkable, with many stores and restaurants nearby, but the resort itself also has three great restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, and the menu changed daily with consistently high quality. There is also a tapas restaurant that we really loved—the food was fresh and delicious.

We stayed in a garden-view villa with our own private pool, which made the stay extra special. The resort also has two beautiful infinity pools. In the evenings, there is live music by the pool, and twice a week they offer complimentary cocktails, which was such a nice touch.

The resort has its own private beach, and they also provide a free airport shuttle if you book directly through their website, which was very convenient.

A special thank you to Jessa, Prime, Ruth, Joan, and Marlan for taking such great care of us during our stay. We will definitely come back here if we are in Bohol again.

Overall this place is a great hotel.
The staff go above and beyond and were all extremely nice and hospitable.
Breakfast was nice with enough of a selection and range of food and beverages.
More snorkels and fins would be one of my recommendations so you don’t have to book them in. For a hotel of this quality, we should be able to take snorkel and mask off site.
