Comfortable to sleep, Slightly old, water heater not functioning, aircon is loud

Front desk put us in the wrong room and had to move to the correct one around 15 minutes after we went in. Good thing we hadn't unpacked. Water heater was a yes or no. In the shower, water will heat up all the way for about 10 seconds, and then cool down. This process repeats all the time while in shower. There is no shower curtain. So when shower, the bathroom floor gets wet making it slippery dangerous. The staff are all nice as always!!!

Our first stay about a month ago was so so…
Our second stay was much better.
The room was much nicer and super clean.
There was also a balcony available.
The room has AC, bathroom amenities, towels, a kettle with coffee available and water too.
The bed is comfortable and the AC cool down the room very fast.
This hotel has a nice car park at the front and back, it has a nice size swimming pool.
There is a designated smoking area in the car park.
Improvement to look at is the internet connection as it always says "not available".
