My family and I stayed at your hotel from Oct 18 to Oct 23, 2025. It was the most amazing experience we have ever had, especially celebrating my milestone birthday at your hotel. I am extremely grateful to all staff members, especially Mae de Guzman-Buenavista, who originally took my reservation months ago. She walked me through the process step-by-step and also made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I also would like to commend Geraldine and Bea (front desk staff members), who were both very efficient in our check-in process. In addition, your support staff members (Stephen, Charizze, Charles, Karill and Jive) were all very helpful and effective in making sure that we had all of the breakfast and dinning requests every single day of our stay. We sincerely would like to thank everyone for making our vacation a truly memorable one and it really shows in those wonderful pictures, which you all helped us out with picture-taking. This hotel, the first museum hotel in the Philippines really impressed me. From the friendliness of the staff to their knowledge of the hotel museum. One could tell that the staff really loved their job. They made us feel very welcome. Another remarkable thing is that this hotel has japanese style water closets complete with heater and controls in all the rooms. Our room had 2 queen sized beds
