This is my best experience at Hotel 81 Kovan. I will definitely come again because every staff are nice and fun! I stay there for 1 night and surprisingly the services are even better than what i expected. The room are so comfortable!! I will come again next time if i have another chance to visit singapore again. Special shout out to Mr. Woo & Ms Linda! I feel like they are my bestfriends now 🤣 so niceee i'm gonna miss them~ Thank you so much Hotel 81 Kovan

It is a small living area. Toilet,sink shower all in one. No opening of windows, but nice sunlight. Needs more desk space. Only two towels, no hand towels. IT IS 1 KM to Kovan mrt. Near by 7-11 is too expensive. Have to go across road using sky bridge – wife afraid of heights. Was 206$ Canadian dollar for two nights

The room was not properly prepared when we arrived. There were no bed sheets provided, and the toilet flush wasn’t working. We could have asked the staff to fix these issues, but honestly, basic things like bedding and a functioning bathroom should already be ready when guests check in. Disappointing experience for the price.
