Review for wedding dinner. Food was more exotic than other menus from other hotels. Portion was just right and food was flavourful, just not as warm as we hoped it to be. Well curated menu though, from soup to fish to lobster, there was a good variety of dishes served.

I always watched Clifford Pier from afar as a kid because it was like a place, a landing point where foreigners come and go. As I stepped into the Fullerton Hotel today, I was surprised to see a corner exhibiting the history of Clifford Pier.
Walking through the majestic lobby, I was transported between two eras. On one side, the opulence of a world-class hotel; on the other, a humble tribute to the souls who arrived here with little more than hope. The exhibit, located near the entrance to The Clifford Pier restaurant, features archival images and narratives that are a vital part of Singapore's story.
It’s a thoughtful touch that adds immense depth to the Five-Star experience. Highly recommend taking a moment to appreciate this piece of history on your visit.

The Clifford Pier is one of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks, beautifully preserved within The Fullerton Bay Hotel. Once a landing point for immigrants in 1933, it now serves as an elegant dining destination with soaring arches, chandeliers, and panoramic views of Marina Bay. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, making it an outstanding spot not only for dining but also for photography—day or night, the views are truly spectacular.
The menu blends heritage flavors with modern presentation, from signature dim sum and satay to seafood and creative desserts, all complemented by attentive service. Prices are premium, but the experience, ambience, and history make it well worth it.
Ideal for romantic evenings, weddings, business events, or simply enjoying Singapore’s skyline, The Clifford Pier stands out as a rare place where culture, history, and modern luxury meet.
