We stayed four nights at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore and had a thoroughly memorable experience. While the hotel is on the older side, this in no way detracts from the sense of luxury you feel from the moment you arrive and that feeling continues throughout the stay. The property is exceptionally well maintained and carries a timeless, refined elegance rather than anything dated.

The staff truly stand out. Every interaction was warm, professional, and proactive, with the team consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether answering questions, offering recommendations, or assisting with arrangements, they were always attentive and genuinely eager to help.

Breakfast was a real highlight. The selection was extensive and high quality, catering to a wide range of tastes, and it was a pleasure starting each morning with such variety and attention to detail.

We stayed in a Marina View room, and the views were simply spectacular. The floor-to-ceiling windows greet you as soon as you enter the room, offering uninterrupted vistas across Marina Bay. The room itself was very spacious, with more than enough room for luggage and to relax comfortably, something that really adds to the overall experience.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk to many attractions during our stay, and anything further afield was no more than a 10-minute taxi ride. Being so close to Marina Bay made sightseeing effortless and enjoyable.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Perfectly situated for the major Marina Bay attractions and within easy walking distance of others, it combines outstanding service, comfort, and views to deliver a truly luxurious stay.

I loved my experience at the Ritz-Carlton. From the moment my Grab arrived at the entrance, service was impeccable. It was also my first time staying there so I was very kindly guided through checking in. The process was seamless and stress-free.

The room was gorgeous! So spacious even though it isn’t a suite. The view is spectacular, but it’s a shame that there was construction going on (Nov 2025). I still enjoyed being able to watch the Marina Bay water light show from the comforts of the bathtub. They were also very kind as to deliver a bucket of ice to my room since I wanted ice cold water 😊

The location can’t be beat either. It was walking distance to a good number of malls. I got my 10k steps in just exploring the nearby areas lol

I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit SG.

Service was standard 5-star with all the perks and freebies.
My kids love the ritz kid packs, came with toiletries and their own Leo dolls.
The thoughtfulness shows thru how they give bib for my 6-month old, not just the same amenities for both kids.

Kids club was small and underwhelming, but my kids love their bathtub, who doesn’t? It’s the iconic hexa-window.

Location was great to walk to MBS and Gardens by the Bay.

If there’s anything to improve, I wish the floor was less dusty so I don’t have to wear the in-room slipper. Not a big deal tho.

Btw their slipper is the best hotel slipper I’ve tried. So bouncy!
