What an absolutely fantastic service. My family and I arrived after a 19 hour flight and we were exhausted. This helped us save time with arrival and retrieving our bags and the whole entry process. Jessie was there to pick us up on the Gateway smiling and ready to get us checked out of the airport ready to explore Singapore. It was wonderful not having to navigate the airport and being able to ride on the go cart. They had snacks and Starbucks coffee in the very comfortable lounge. Thank you so much. I will definitely use the service again and highly recommend it.
