Marsiling Community Club doesn't come with public carpark. You can Park opposite at block 22 carpark. Plenty of public parking lots. There's a direct underpass link to the Club in front of the block. Safe and sheltered. No need cross any road, traffic light.
Quite a Nice and old school underpass.
    Less than 5 min walk

I brought my wife and 4-year-old son to the Lantern Festival after seeing your poster in the lift. The poster said tickets could be bought at Marsiling CC, but it never mentioned tickets were limited or that they couldn’t be bought at the event.

When we arrived, we were told it was sold out. I asked if we could at least let my son see the event without the goody bag. The answer was a blunt “No ticket, no entry.” Another staff member even mocked us (brushing us away) to his friend after we said we didn’t have tickets.

My son came excited to see lanterns, and instead we were turned away at the door. It’s one thing to miss out on a goody bag but to have a 4-year-old disappointed because of unclear communication and dismissive treatment is unacceptable.

If this is meant to be a community event, please do better. Families deserve clearer information and respect, not mockery.
