  • 5.0/5:

Lakeside Garden is a beautiful and peaceful escape from the city. The landscaping is very well maintained, with lush greenery, scenic lake views, and plenty of shaded paths for a relaxing walk. It’s perfect for families, kids, and anyone who wants to enjoy nature, exercise, or simply unwind.

It consists of 3 connecting gardens – Lakeside Garden, Chinese Garden and the Japanese Garden.

The playgrounds – Clusia Cove (for toddlers and above), Forest Rumble (for toddlers and above) and Skate Park (mainly for cyclists, skateboarders and roller skaters) are clean and thoughtfully designed, and there are many spots to sit, picnic, or just take in the scenery. The sunset views over the water are especially stunning. It’s also great for jogging and cycling, with wide, comfortable paths.

It’s a great place for bird watching, nature photography, meditation, forest bathing (when you go off constructed pathways), sketching or get inspired.

There are also a few cafes in the vicinity for refueling like Canopy and Eden Cafe at Chinese Garden, and the Ice Cream Man at Japanese Garden.

A wonderful place to recharge and spend quality time outdoors. Highly recommended!

The newly renovated Jurong Park @Chinese Garden @Japanese Garden is amazing. Many interesting plants, ponds, and fixtures are unique to only this park. Many themes are nicely decorated.

Food stores are scattered everywhere while facilities like toilets and water dispensers are generously available.

It's a good park for exploration, evening walks, and slow biking.
