The brewery features a 3-vessel, 15bbl brewing system and a diverse range of beers, with a focus on sessionable, hoppy ales and experimental brews. A Community Hub in the Heart of Austin
Since opening in October 2020, Meanwhile Brewing has been all about bringing people together. Founded by Will Jaquiss, a former research and development brewer from Breakside Brewery in Portland, Oregon, along with Nao Ohdera, a seasoned brewer also from Breakside, the brewery was designed as a space where both beer-lovers and people-lovers could gather and enjoy world-class beer, music, and community.
The name “Meanwhile” reflects the brewery’s philosophy of appreciating the everyday moments—whether you’re enjoying a beer, watching a soccer match, or catching a live band. At Meanwhile Brewing, we invite you to pause, savor the present, and celebrate the beauty of shared experiences.
