I absolutely loved my stay at The Roosevelt New Orleans! From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Mr. Fredrick from the bell team was incredibly warm and supportive — he truly made me feel at home. And Ms. Dieula Thomas – Housekeeper was amazing! She paid so much attention to my preferences and made sure everything in my room was just the way I liked it.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, historic, and full of luxury and charm — exactly my style. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting New Orleans! 💛

I had the pleasure of visiting The Roosevelt recently while in town, and my daughter-in-law surprised me with a massage at their spa. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family. Nia greeted me right at the front door with a big smile and personally walked me to the spa, where, I met Mary who was an absolute delight and made sure I felt completely at ease. My massage therapist, Amanda, was truly a professional in every sense of the word. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The entire spa team was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. After my massage, I spent some time by the pool where Patricia and entire pool team welcomed me warmly. I enjoyed a delicious Roosevelt signature cocktail and even took a dip in the beautiful pool. It was the perfect way to top off a relaxing day. When it was time to leave, Randy made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my car and sent me off with a kind farewell. From start to finish, my visit was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend The Roosevelt to anyone looking to treat themselves or celebrate a special occasion. I’ll certainly be back next time I’m in town!

Two queen beds one bedroom suite.
We stayed in a suite that was beautifully decorated and felt very luxurious. The room included two complimentary robes, and the step-in shower was spacious with multiple water settings and great pressure. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite itself was large with plenty of room to relax. The interior of the hotel was also elegant and well-kept.
We dined at the Fountain Lounge, which served good food, and enjoyed an excellent breakfast at Teddy’s Café—the food was delicious. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely return. It was well worth the price, especially considering the great rate we received.
