We were really comfortable during our stay and enjoyed our first trip to NOLA. We were so close to everything, very walkable. However, the Russian housekeeper was our favorite part of our stay. She was so attentive, sweet and very detail oriented. After having a couple of hiccups with room service and feeling a little frustrated with the service (we ordered each day), the housekeeper made up for it by going above and beyond and really giving us the kind of experience you’d expect from the Ritz. So special thank you to her! I didn’t get her name.

Staying at the Ritz is always a pleasure, and this location didn’t disappoint. Shoutout to Jayla from the front desk/reception. Upon hearing that it was my first time in New Orleans, she excitedly explained the city’s must-dos that made my experience better, even if the trip was for business meetings. She also made this note that I used to navigate the hotel (the layout can be quite confusing). The hotel is close to everywhere, yet quiet at night and I was able to sleep very well. Housekeepers cleaned my room meticulously everyday, and the doormen were fun and upbeat – much like the city itself. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Ritz is an amazing choice for any traveler wanting a more luxurious stay in New Orleans. I stayed at this fantastic property for a short one-night birthday trip in early September, and it was everything you would come to expect from such an iconic and prestigious hotel brand as the Ritz: quiet, comfortable, and luxurious. This hotel was immaculately clean, elegantly decorated, and centrally located, just off the busy Canal Street. Service was top-notch. Exceptionally warm, yet formal and polite. We stayed in an executive suite and dined at the hotel restaurant. While this Ritz Carlton wasn't perfect, it was close, and is a strong competitor with the city's other luxury hotels. Only a few things could have been done better or expanded. Namely the average dining, lack of a leisure pool, and some upkeep concerns in our suite, but these only dampened the experience very minimally. Rest assured, when picking this hotel, you will be treated to great service, a comfortable room, an elegant atmosphere, a central location, a safe stay, and a memorable experience. We will certainly be back.The Ritz is an amazing choice for any traveler wanting a more luxurious stay in New Orleans.
