It’s a gorgeous hotel. Our room was nice, nothing special, but the lobby and other spaces are so beautiful. What really set our experience apart, though was the service. So accommodating and staff was incredible. We had a fantastic stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the location is perfect!

My husband and I who are from the Boston area decided to stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza to celebrate my "milestone" birthday.
We arrived at about 2pm and were very happy to find out that our room was ready for check in! We were upgraded to a deluxe king room and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Champagne and a delicious charcuterie board with a birthday wish from the staff. It really made our arrival extra special!
The room was comfortable, the bathroom amenities were very high quality. All of the added touches, robes, thick towels and crisp bed linens made the room extra comfortable.
Our interactions with the staff, including Joe at the Concierge desk, and Cori Copley were really fun and gave the experience that extra personal touch.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Boston — and the staff truly made the difference. Everyone, from the front desk and housekeeping to the breakfast team, was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive.
The room could use a bit of care in small details like the curtains, but the overall experience and the amazing service far outweighed that.
We’d definitely stay here again — highly recommended for both the location and the outstanding people who work there!
