We came for a conference and the Hotel was great and was connected to the Convention Center through a enclosed Walk Way. Myrtho the Front Desk Manager was friendly and very professional and provided us with great service and a great room. Harkeem the Director of Housekeeping made sure that we were provided with all of the guest services to make our stay enjoyable.
I TRAVEL ALOT AND HAVE TRAVEL OVER TWO MILLION MILES ON UNITED AND STAY AT ALOT OF HOTELS. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

I only visited for the conference rooms. I will say the service was fantastic and very helpful woth questions and needs. The conference rooms themselves feel comfortable and modern. The room layouts are very reflective of how big or small the space feels. The ceilings are not super tall which I like. The hotel food in the conference space was decent. The lobby has a big narrow open space that has some bars among potted trees. There is a sky bridge to easily access the convention center. The D street entrance for those looking for it is to the right of the lobby down an escalator.

I want to recognize Steve at the Marriott for his exceptional service. From the moment I called, he went above and beyond. He was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making my experience special. Thanks to him, what started as a simple request turned into something memorable for our family. Marriott is fortunate to have someone who embodies the highest level of hospitality.
