Lots of restaurants, lots of people but walkable on a Saturday (early evening). Nice view, Water feature for the kids or adults if you're feeling spontaneous. I was visiting from out of town and did not feel overwhelmed by the crowd. Stopped for dinner and enjoyed the sunset before heading "home" on an electric scooter.

The Wharf in D.C. is absolutely phenomenal! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with energy everywhere you go. The food is fabulous, with so much variety that there’s something for every taste and craving. The views are stunning, with beautiful yachts lining the waterfront, making it feel both lively and upscale.

Entertainment options are plentiful — from live music to festivals — there’s always something happening. On top of that, there’s a wide range of tours available, both on land and on the water, so you can experience the city from different perspectives.

The Wharf truly has it all: dining, entertainment, scenery, and experiences. A must-visit spot in D.C.!

We came to DC for a show at The Anthem and decided to come early to enjoy The Wharf — and we’re so glad we did! The whole area is beautiful, full of energy, and right on the water. We spent time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops, and grabbing food before the concert.

One of the best parts were the swings on the pier — such a fun and relaxing touch. Sitting there with the waterfront view before heading into the show made the evening feel even more memorable.

The Wharf is the perfect place to spend time before or after an event at The Anthem. Between the views, the restaurants, and those little details that make it unique, it quickly became one of our favorite stops in DC.
