A huge part of what made our experience so seamless and special was Jessica, who was absolutely incredible to work with. She was responsive, kind, and always a step ahead in making sure every detail was covered. From our very first walk-through to the final moments of our reception, Jessica made us feel supported and cared for. She worked effortlessly with our planning team and vendors, and we could truly relax knowing everything was in such capable hands.

And we have to mention the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was, from the passed hors d’oeuvres to the main dishes. It was elegant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary experience added another layer of excellence to an already unforgettable day.

Our daughter and son in law were married here this past weekend and I really can’t imagine a more perfect night. Jessica’s attention to detail and customer service truly makes you feel like you are the only bride she is currently working with. They handled everything with our wedding planner and day of coordinator, yet made us feel as if we were involved every step of the way. There is not enough things that I could write in a review to truly say how unbelievable our experience was. There was not one single food item that wasn’t delicious, the drinks were on point and both the inside and outside decor is very hard to be topped within the city. We had many outside vendors including a DJ, a second line band, a bakery, two different florists, creole creamery for ice cream— and everyone of them had such an effortless experience with Elms Mansion to make every one of our daughters’ dreams come true. The communication is always there, you never felt like you were asking too many questions, and every expectation was not only met but exceeded.
